Everybody makes new year’s resolutions, but not everybody follows through. The saying is, a new year, a new beginning, a great time to start something different.
Alot of peoples number one resolution is physical exercise, and the January first is a great time to start. But not everyone will follow through on their commitment, but not every commitment is so easy.
People also want to make time to spend with family and friends, but with a work schedule and stuff that’s not always easy. Abandoning your resolution can happen one of two ways, one is your lazy and don’t want to, and another is things pop up and you can’t which is more understandable.
Smoking is another habit people wanna kick for the new year, mainly because its very un healthy. Whatever your resolution is, don’t be lazy and do it if you can.
